Premeeta Janssens-Sannon
Premeeta Janssens-Sannon joined Peter Stamm in 2004 as an Associate,
responsible for research, project management and client relationship
management. In 2006, she launched, with Peter, Sannon-Stamm Associates,
Inc.
Premeeta brings to this effort a 30-year international career in
publishing. Prior to her involvement in the Executive Search industry,
she was Director of Marketing and Business Development at The Sterling/Macfadden
Partnership, one of the oldest publishing houses in New York. She
created many firsts in the industry, particularly
in the field of foreign-edition magazine distribution and sales.
She also spent 10 years in a highly specialized area of the publishing
industry, as General Manager and Chief Operations Officer of the
largest international literary agency in the world, licensing foreign
rights to magazines published by major US and foreign publishers.
Premeeta has lived and worked extensively in Asia, Europe and the
Caribbean. She was Editor of a national magazine in India, established
and headed up the Public Information Program Division within The
World Conservation Union in Nepal, was President of the Consortium
of national and international non-profit agencies in Haiti, and
has undertaken a number of assignments for the United Nations.
As Permanent Resident of the United States, Premeeta was awarded her
status under a quota reserved by the US Government for Persons of
Extraordinary Ability. She is now a dual citizen of the European Union
and the United States. She is an accomplished photographer
and writer, and has been published in many journals and
magazines
around the world.
